My name is Joshua Chinaecherem Nnamani
1. I was born in Kaduna, Nigeria, to Sunday and Uche Nnamani, the youngest of seven children. I grew up with my family in Southern Kaduna, surrounded by a close-knit community and the vibrant culture that shaped my early years.
2. I began my secondary education at Challawa Secondary School in Barnawa, before transferring to St. Anne’s Secondary School in Kakuri, where I completed my O’Level. I later attended Kaduna State University, earning a degree in Computer Science.
3. I completed my National Youth Service at the Ebonyi State Internal Revenue Service, where I made significant contributions to tax regulation and compliance efforts. I also played a pivotal role in modernizing revenue collection through digital integrations, which led to a remarkable increase in the state's monthly revenue — from just over ₦300 million to nearly ₦1 billion. My impact was recognized, earning me several commendations. This experience marked my formal entry into the world of software. Since then, I’ve contributed to a number of startups, including Sweetride, Haske, Lemonraise, Pullus Africa, Nuvo Cards and Technologies LLC, and Lumilearn.
4. Alongside a group of close friends, I co-founded Rkane Studios — a creative and technical studio built to bring bold ideas to life. Part of our mission is to foster meaningful impact by supporting early-stage founders and offering mentorship and career development for aspiring tech professionals.
